CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 chicken cutlets
6 slices lite ham
6 slices lite Swiss
Bread crumbs
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
Flour
2 tbsp. oil

1. Pound cutlets with mallet.

2. Dip in flour.

3. Dip in egg or egg whites.

4. Coat with crumbs.

5. Place slice of Swiss, then ham on top of breaded cutlet.

6. Roll and secure with wooden toothpick.

7. Place oil in baking dish.

8. bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Turn once after 30 minutes.
