CARAWAY RAISIN BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. caraway seeds

Mix together in a large bowl. Grease and flour 9-inch round pan. Before baking, make a large cross and sprinkle with sugar and butter. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 50 minutes.
