CARAWAY SCONES 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter, chilled
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients together, add butter and mix with hands until crumbled. Add milk and egg then mix all together. Spray a baking pan with PAM. Pat dough into an 8 inch circle on the baking sheet. With a knife, score into eight wedges.

Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cut into 8 pie shaped wedges on score lines.
