PUMPERNICKEL CARAWAY BREAD 
3/4 cup water, warm
2 tbsp. molasses
4 1/2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 cup bread flour
2/3 cup rye flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. cornmeal
5 tsp. baking cocoa
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in machine bread pan according to manufacturer's instructions. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and size loaf if available.

Bake according to machine directions. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 Tbsp. water or flour if needed.

Yields a 1 lb. loaf.
