3 c. self-rising flour 1 can (12 oz.) beer Optional: 3 tbsp. sugar (for sweet beer bread) 5 tsp. caraway seeds or chives or poppy seeds or chopped onions Mix all ingredients just until moist. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese (optional). Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
