BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 bottle room temp. beer (12 oz.) (try Guinness Stout for dark, rich bread)

Mix together and put into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Brush with butter immediately. Best cut into thick slices. Good toasted!
