BEER CHEESE BREAD
10 oz. beer, flat
4 oz. (2 slices) processed American cheese
4 oz. Jack (or any you wish) cheese, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. bread flour

Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in the microwave to 120 degrees. Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. Stir. Add yeast and let stand 5 minutes to allow yeast to dissolve. Add sugar, salt and butter. Pour beer/cheese mixture into flour and mix. Knead 5-10 minutes.

Pour small amount of vegetable oil into bowl, place dough into bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a towel and place in warm, draft free area. Let rise until double. Shape into 2 loaves. Let rise until double again. Bake in 350 degree oven until done (about 30 minutes).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
