“EBBIE'S CHEESY BEER BRAT BREAD” IS IN:

EBBIE'S CHEESY BEER BRAT BREAD 
3 cups flour, sifted
3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
1 teaspoon salt (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
1/4 cup sugar
1 (12 ounce) cans beer (Reg. or non-alcoholic)
1/2 cup melted butter (1/4 cup will do just fine)
1 package Johnsonville’s Beer-N-Brats
1 package shredded Mexican blend cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix dry ingredients, beer and melted butter. Remove brats from casings and brown (crumbling as you brown); drain.

Fold browned crumbled brats and cheese into batter. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
