CANDIED CRANBERRY SAUCE | |
1 pkg. cranberries, washed, stemmed and drained 1 c. walnuts, coarse broken 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. orange marmalade Toast walnuts in 225 degree oven for 15 minutes. Put berries, sugar and cinnamon in 9x9x2 inch pan and cover with foil. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add marmalade, nuts and juice. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
