HUCKLEBERRY BUCKLE DESSERT 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder - add alternately with milk. Add blueberries. Sprinkle on topping. Bake in a 9x13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
