BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 sm. onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

In small glass baking dish, microwave bacon 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on high power, stirring occasionally, until almost done. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion to drippings and cook 2 minutes on high power, stirring once. Add brussel sprouts and water. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on high power, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain off liquid. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
