OKLAHOMA CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter

Put chicken pieces in bottom of baking dish. Top each piece with 1 piece of cheese. Mix wine and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing crumbs. Melt butter, drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
