OKLAHOMA CITY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can LeSueur peas, drained
1 (14 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 (7 oz.) can pimiento, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, sliced very thin

Bring to a boil 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour over all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Can use liquid over and over.
