NACHO POPCORN 
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
12 c. popped popcorn
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in paprika, red pepper and cumin. Let cool for 5 minutes. Place popcorn in large bowl. Pour spice mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese. Toss popcorn coating evenly with spice mixture.
