AU GRATIN POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 oz. can cream of broccoli soup
10 1/2 oz. milk
2 med. onions, minced
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Par-boil potatoes; drain, quarter. Mix all ingredients together, reserving some cheese for the top of the casserole. Pour into casserole dish and top with reserved cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
