PEACH COBBLER 
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
3/4 c. milk
2 c. sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a deep 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and milk; mix well. Pour batter evenly into melted butter without stirring.

Combine peaches with 3/4 cup sugar; pour into middle of batter without stirring. Bake about 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
