1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Melt and stir until dissolved. Turn off heat and let stand 10-15 minutes. Add 1 package colored marshmallows and 2 cups salted peanuts. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Cool and cut in 1 inch squares.
