CHRISTMAS MARZIPAN CANDY 
Stir together a package of dry, creamy, white frosting mix, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 teaspoon almond flavoring. Add red or green food coloring, if desired. Mix with your hands to form a ball, then knead about 20 times. Dip out by rounded spoonful and flatten on a piece of wax paper. (May prick designs of trees, holly leaves, etc. if desired). Store in an airtight container.
