RICE CASSEROLE WITH PORK 
1 c. uncooked rice (regular, not instant)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
Required number of pork chops or tenderloins

Pour rice in bottom of greased casserole. Mix together soup mix, mushroom soup and water; pour over rice. Lay pork pieces on top and cover with foil. Bake 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours in 350 degree oven. Now remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer until brown. Serves 6 generously.
