FAVORITE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed*
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing, cooked as directed on pkg.
2 cans cream of chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
Velveeta cheese, sliced thin or 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In 9 x 13-inch pan, spread chicken pieces on bottom. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken and chicken broth. Pour over chicken. Spread out stuffing over sauce.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove pan from oven and add cheese on top.

Bake until cheese is melted.

*Turkey can be substituted for chicken.
