TORTILLAS AND SOPAPILLAS 
6 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. Crisco (shortening)
2 tbsp. salt
Water to right consistency

Knead and roll out 1/4 inch thick. Heat on cast iron plate or in cast iron skillet.

SOPAPILLAS: 1/2 tortilla recipe and don't use Crisco. Roll out thinner than tortillas and cut into squares. Deep fry. Serve warm with honey.
