SOPAPILLAS 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder

Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs well; add milk, and stir in dry ingredients, adding as much flour as can be absorbed. Roll thin and cut in 7 inch rounds and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with honey. Serves several.
