LAYERED GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 banana, mashed
1/2 pt. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add fruit. Chill until partially set, then put half mixture in a mold and put in freezer until completely set. Cover with sour cream and spoon on second half of partially set gelatin. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with grapes or tangerine "petals". Recipe may be doubled for larger mold.
