LAYERED GELATIN 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
2 c. hot water (boiling)
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 banana, mashed
1 (11 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton cultured sour cream

Dissolve the gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water. Add slightly thawed strawberries. Then add banana and pineapple. Put 1/2 of gelatin mixture in 9 inch square pan and allow to set in refrigerator. Spread the sour cream over the set gelatin and cover the sour cream with the second half of the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set.
