BAKED SALMON
Don't be afraid to bake fresh fish. It's tasty and very healthy.

salmon fillets
lemon juice (fresh is best)
butter
dill weed

Preheat oven to 350°F.

On broiler pan (which has been sprayed with Pam), place salmon fillets ("skin" side down). Melt butter (about 4 tablespoons for 4 fillets) and add lemon juice (about 1/4 cup). Pour the mixture over fillets and then sprinkle them with dill weed. Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Salmon will turn reddish-pink when done.

Pretty tasty. I caught 2 King Salmon and 2 Lake Trout today so decided to try this recipe on them. Turned out pretty tasty!

Very easy to prepare. Didn't have any lemon juice, use lime instead with the butter. Didn't use the dill as we're not big fans of dill. Cooked for 15 minutes. perfect! Thanks!

I am cooking it now for my boyfriend. It's the first meal I have cooked for him and will update you in a bit to see how he liked it. I added balsamic vinegar to the bottom of the pan. My mom uses it when she cooks hopes it doesn't take away the flava.

This was so easy to prepare and it was really good. I think I used a bit too much lemon juice but other than that, it was great as a first time with salmon. I've been dying to try salmon at home, I always get it in restaurants. I will definitely use this again. Thanks for posting the recipe. Terri B Louisville, KY
