6 c. Special K's cereal
2 c. peanut butter or med. jar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 huge Hershey's chocolate bar
6 oz. chocolate chips

On the stove, dissolve sugar and Karo syrup until very clear. In a big bowl, mix cereal and peanut butter (I usually microwave the peanut butter to soften). Pour Karo syrup mixture over the cereal and mix. Pack into an oblong cake pan. Melt the chocolate bar and chocolate chips and pour over the above mixture. Let set and cut into bars. Be careful if you refrigerate as it gets very hard.
