2 c. Bisquick mix 1 lb. hot sausage 1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, grated (Use own judgment on amount of cheese - about 1 cup). Mix all together in bowl with hands - it will be dry. Make small balls. Put on ungreased baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes in fairly hot oven. 400-425 degree oven. | |
