EASY BAR-B-QUE BEEF 
1 chuck roast
1 can of beer
1 c. of ketchup
1 pack onion soup mix
1 to 2 c. bottled bar-b-que sauce

Put roast, beer, ketchup and soup mix in a crock pot and cook all day on low. Pour off all the juice. With a fork flake meat, add bar-b-que sauce, heat and serve on hard rolls.
