PEACH CRINKLE 
) can sliced peaches, drained
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (9 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. butter
Ice cream

Put peaches in a 12"x8"x2" greased pan. Sprinkle with lemon rind. Combine crust mix and brown sugar, sprinkle over peaches and rind. Dot with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Gotta have ice cream with this!
