FREEZER JAM
3 c. crushed strawberries or raspberries 5 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 pkg. Sure Jell Mix together fruit and sugar. Let set for 15 minutes. In small saucepan, mix together water and Sure Jell. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over berries and stir. Pour into jars and freeze.

Looked like a lot of sugar so I used 3 cups instead of 5. Still WAY too sweet! Would use maybe 2 cups next time.
