LAZY MAN'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1/2 head cabbage (parboiled)
1/2-1 lb. ground beef (not cooked)
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
3 sm. can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce or V-8 juice
You should mix some water with it for a little smoother consistency

Layer: Cabbage on bottom of pan, then raw meat, then some onion if desired, salt and pepper to taste. Then rice, cover with all the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
