AUNTIE'S WELSH RAREBIT 
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red pepper
1-2 eggs, beaten

Melt cheese and butter in 1 cup milk. Combine milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and beaten eggs and beat with beater or blender until smooth. Add to melted cheese sauce. Stir and cook until mixture thickens. (Add 2 tablespoons flour diluted with milk if thicker rarebit is desired.)
