1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts

Combine butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and bring to a boil. Add sugar and mix well. Ice cake while frosting is hot. 1/2 cup nuts is optional.
