LOW CHOLESTEROL BANANA NUT
MUFFINS
 
2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. skim milk
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. oil

Mix the cereal, baking powder, sugar and chopped nuts. Add the milk, bananas, egg whites and oil and mix well. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes.
