CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
1 pkg. long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 soup can water
1 sm. can mushrooms with liquid
Chicken parts or cut up chicken

Mix all ingredients except chicken in oblong baking dish. Place chicken parts on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Remove cover and bake for another 1/2 hour until chicken browns.
