GAZPACHO SOUP 
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper
4 c. tomato juice
2 avocados
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cucumber
1 c. celery
1 c. green onion
1 c. mushrooms
1/8 tsp. minced garlic

Combine diced vegetables and chill overnight. Serve with croutons.
