IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (to taste)

Mix together in blender or with beater for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in ungreased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
