3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10" pie dish (glass). Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute) in blender or beat 2 minutes or by hand. Cook 50 to 55 minutes. Test with knife.
