RUSSIAN FLUFF 
2 lbs. chopped meat (1 3/4 lb. beef, 1/4 lb. pork)
1 c. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. celery
1 can peas and juice
1 can tomato puree

Fry meat thoroughly with onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook rice in 4 cups water. Combine all. Put in casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
