PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken (fryer), cut up
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
garlic powder
parsley flakes
Parmesan cheese

Dip pieces of chicken in melted butter. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish (I use a cookie sheet). Sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Pour remaining butter over chicken.

Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
