EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. grated parsley

Flatten chicken to even thickness. Dip chicken in egg, then into bread crumbs to coat. Brown chicken on both sides over medium heat in oil. Add spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with angel hair pasta.
