EASY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. herbed stuffing mix
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. cut up chicken
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine stuffing mix, cheese, and parsley. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then roll in stuffing mix. Place in baking pan, skin side up. Sprinkle remaining butter and stuffing mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
