PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil (or parsley)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Melt butter. Add salt, Accent, thyme, and basil. Cut chicken into 2 inch strips. Dip in butter mixture. Roll in cheese and crushed cornflakes. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken on cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
