QUICK POPPY SEED LOAF | |
1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix 1 sm. box Jello French vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. hot water 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tbsp. poppy seeds Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat well. Add pecans and poppy seeds, mixing well. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes. |
