POPPY SEED SUGAR LOAF 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. milk

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour, salt, baking powder and poppy seeds. Set aside. Beat together sugar, oil, salt, eggs and extracts until creamy. Blend in dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Do not overmix. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes. While baking, make glaze. Immediately brush onto loaves while cooling.
