MARINADE TURKEY - CHICKEN 
1/2 c. soy a sauce (Kikkoman)
2 or more (4 good) cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. cooking sherry

1. This will marinate a large (4 pound) chicken or 1 large turkey breast.

2. Marinate at least 1 hour.

3. Can use teriyaki and garlic powder if desired.

4. Pour over fowl and roast in oven. Coat pieces well.
