BEST BANANA BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tbsp. vinegar mixed with enough milk to make 1/2 cup liquid

Sift together flour, soda and salt. In another bowl cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with bananas and liquid to creamed mixture.

Beat well after each addition. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
