BEST BANANA BREAD 
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend bananas, sugar, and baking soda. Add flour and eggs alternately and mix. Add oil, vanilla, sour cream, and beat well. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 275°F in two loaf pans, greased and floured. Test with knife.
