APPLE SALAD 
SALAD:

4 lg. Red Delicious apple-cored and cubed
1 1/3 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. dark raisins

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients. Combine the salad and dressing and mix thoroughly.

Serve immediately. Leftovers can be saved for a day or two but this is so good the leftovers disappear fast. Don't tell your family this is a low-fat, low calorie dish; just let them enjoy it.
