CHILI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder

Cook and stir meat, onion, and salt until meat is brown. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Serve over rice. 4 to 6 servings.
